XFI Spring and Phaser Mods Required 229/236 Hydraulic Roller Finger Follower Cams for Ford 4.6/5.4L Modular 3V. Powerful Cam with very rough idle, Biggest Cam to use with stock heads. Good mid-range torque with incredible top end HP gains. Solid power above 4700 RPM, spring and phaser upgrade required. 3.90+ Gears and 3000+ Stall.
