XFI No Springs Required Blower 214/231 SOHC Hydraulic Roller Finger Follower Cams for Ford 4.6/5.4L Modular 3V. Excellent mid-range Cam for bolt-on blowers with stock boost levels. Great power gains above 4700 RPM, compatible with stock springs. Best with stock Gears.
